Gavin Newsom shares many tendencies with establishment dems that are in many aspects fascistic. In that way, a presidency under him would be a continuation of the status quo, the same status quo that allowed fascist repubs to gain power in the first place. Plus things hes done mentioned earlier.

Fascism is authoritarianism on drugs. Whipping up the crowd into a nationalistic fervor that requires alliegance to the government above all else, and cracks down on dissent, specifically that dissent done by minority groups. In this manner, nearly all repubs and a majority of dems are fascists.

Someone like Graham Platner, Bernie Sanders, or Zohran Mamdani. AOC is still the best bet rn, even if she made a mistake not voting to halt monetary aid to Israel. All of these people support LGBTQ rights, the rights of working people, and halting the genocide in Gaza.

...but Y'all platform Blue Fascists instead. And keep wondering why Dems are losing to Repubs. Gavin Newsom is a fighter, hes a useful distraction for our enemies, but lets not forget what he stands for. Anti-🏳️‍🌈 rhetoric, and has consistently conceded to Repubs when it comes to homeless issues.
