Okay so day 2 there wasn’t much going on with Gwen. I fed her 50g water and 50g bread flour. This morning tho?!?! Just look at her! More than doubled in size and very bubbly! Here are her pics side(d3) by side(d1). The line is where she was on day 2 after feeding. #SourdoughStarter

Finally started my sourdough starter! After doing tons of rabbit hole research, I think Gwendolyn is gonna be a strong girl! So far she is a 1:1 at 50gs each. It’s my first time but I know it’s gonna be perfect! #sourdoughstarter

My 8 year old just said “Mom, why can’t i get out of first person?” It was hilarious, to say the least and I can’t even answer that but my oh my am I astounded. He’s a thinker. I love that❤️

Random thought: I saw a post today that said something like “Doctors said I wouldn’t make it past 5yrs old and here I am 15” blah blah.
