Good advice. Had one hip (the other one is going) and one knee replaced. My PT said not to push too hard, but still challenge yourself. Asked her if she can tell people that don't do exercises at home, come in with little progress, then blame the Dr. She said, more than you think! Motion is lotion.

May have to change my cruising time of year, if I go on another one! Pretty hard to avoid people on ships, tender boats, buses, taxis, museums, restaurants, airports/airplanes, waiting on lines, etc.

I've had it 3 more times since 2020, with different onset symptoms. Always seem to get the latest variant before vaccine comes out so I haven't had more than 3 boosters. Newest variant with headache/bodyache I got after a cruise in September. Same with last year's Sept Mediterranean cruise w/fever.

I had it when it first landed on US soil - January 2020 - as confirmed by antibody testing months later. My biggest symptom was loss of taste/smell. GA lesser version of smell returned 8 months later. ~ 6 years later, I have no sense of taste or smell anymore. I rely on memory how things taste.
