Lazy? We all still have to tote our barges, lift our bales at every single point along the airplane travel segments, along with being yelled at by TSA (why all the yelling??), the urgency to get down the aisle and stuff our carry-ons at high speed... Pajamas are the least of concerns here.

I always share the menu ahead of time and if someone would like another dish, they are welcomed to provide it.
