17 years ago I weighed close to 300lbs and turning 30, Dr said I had to change suggested running. It completely changed my life, led me to a new life, wife kids etc, I ended up becoming a marathon maniac, haven’t looked back

Back in the day I ran marathons (about 12 years ago) had bad problems with my feet and ghost max got me back in the game, I highly recommend them
