I'm holding up hope for Tirana.
IBZ was the most obvious option of the 3 to me (both for the masses and to the well heeled. Sardinia is expensive but I guess there are enough rich Americans to visit. Malta seems just too out there. It's not a bad destination, but too small and not high yield.
