I have discovered that the groups, the chats, Twitter frens alike are just not helping, too much noise around my trading so I've cut them all.

Solely focused on my own trading plan and strategy as we strat a new year. Bring it in 24! 🤍 🤍 🤍

and on that note, really didn't feel like it today but still showed up, was patient as a setup formed before my official start, executed and secured a W.

Wow today was another pretty choppy hot mess on EU. Picked up another L and bank holiday tomorrow for US of course so need to be patient for the next opportunity.

Losses are part of the game. We gotta embrace and expect them.

We all tend to waaay overcomplicate trading the markets, hopping from one strategy to the next.

But at some point we gotta find that one thing we can repeat ever session for the rest of our life. 💚

Backtesting 1 pair like an absolute lunatic helped me solidify my strategy and give me confidence in my expected results.
