Any chance those supplies are being offered independent of Amazon? It’s been awhile since I was on their site but some sites would have their web address on their products so you could just go straight there instead. I’m sure that doesn’t always happen

Some small towns have owner operated pharmacies. I know of 2 in Northern California. There is one in Bartlesville Oklahoma that my mom uses.

Most sellers on Amazon have their website listed. Go there instead. Buy direct. Or just start googling. Look at the 2nd or 3rd page of results. Get away from the paid ones. Look up websites for towns near you. They usually advertise local businesses. takes more time but Amazon must die
