Candidly, it’s also a space that as a trans person, actually feels fine to be in and treated equally.

Sad as it may be, most spaces in SEO aren’t.

Excited to see what comes next!!

This is very touching Noah. Without hesitation I can say that The SEO Community is the first in the industry I’ve come across that has felt safe, welcoming, and about lifting each other up and helping each other thrive.

The Better Offline podcast on search was interesting on this topic.

Got a bunch of things about search wrong - but the descriptions of the promotion of management types over engineers was really interesting.

I really enjoyed the ppc tracks this year even though I don’t do any work in there (right now)

Lots to learn as a beginner and there were way more direct insights!

Haha yes, compersion can be tricky but it’s a goal! Also found it is important to be able to sit with any uglier emotions that may arise!

Yay! It is such a fantastic relationship style. From my experience, significantly mis-understood.

I love the theme, maybe I will introduce that to my cule at some point 😍

I've run this course more than a few times... news is tricky.

But this time the consistency seems stable. I really hope the work we put in holds and this client continues to see the growth they deserve.

It doesn't always happen. Which is why I am sharing these pics that include wins and losses.

The correlation I am seeing is that the category pages/tags pages we aggressively improved the site stucture for are ranking well in organice - and that is translating into clicks on news artles.

I took the time to map out their site. Create relevant content hubs. Adjust poor tagging on these pages as well.

Lots of (often manual) techSEO changes to the site.

And we are seeing gains with this update.

Discover is also back hard.

Yes, we adjusted editorial strategy. Yes, we talked to their writers about how to craft content.

Hell, we started out with a full technical audit of the site.

But the main thing I focused on in the last 6-8 weeks was content structure and internal links.
