Pirates of the Indian Ocean was a lovely book. Really enjoyed the tone. Felt like there were sections of it that could have used more time in, especially in the final hundred pages.
The “we need a crew” format really works here, as does the framing device of Amina recounting her tale to a scribe.

2) its useful in getting a wider picture of the how commanders are performing. EDH T16 only provides Conversion % (T16%) and Tournament Wins. This is good info, but I often find “in order to heal the part, we must understand the whole”
