If I delete my comments then the only comments left to be seen are the ones calling me MAGA a boot licker, and etc. I’m not going to delete my stuff just to be slandered. I would rather everyone see my personal mistake and embarrassment than have random people think of me like that with no context.

I’m only responding to people literally replying to my comments. I am not trying to be right, if I was I wouldn’t have admitted that i was wrong and misunderstood. Idk what more yall want from me?

It really is. So many of the people coming for me right now wouldn’t if they could just see all the info more easily. Makes me miss fbook, but I’m not redownloading that..

I’ve stated a bazillion times now that I didn’t understand the original poster. Omg. I’m not begging the question, I just wanted to vent about dumb people at my work calling and accusing me of stealing when it’s 100% their fault.

I’m a cognitively impaired person and am classified as a disabled person due to my disability. In my experience disabled people don’t start out the conversation cursing you out and accusing you of stealing from them. I give everyone respect and the benefit of the doubt until they do that shit.

I only don’t take care of an hate the members who are accusatory and hateful to me. I also admitted numerous times I didn’t understand the original post.

Our customer IDs are given to members based on their email. People sign up using different emails than their original and sign up for another membership. How would you combat that?

It’s not a glitch nor am I an engineer. It’s people signing themselves up for things and then forgetting it and blaming everyone else for their lack of personal and fiscal responsibility.

The you should be more vigilant and ensure that you’re not giving your money to someone else. I’m a mentally disabled person and even I know to check my accounts frequently to avoid charges I’m not expecting.

I’ve commented numerous times that we too do that. We actually don’t issue a credit, we issue a full refund. So that the member doesn’t feel forced to use their credit with us.

I don’t get mad at fucked over customers. I help them and give them as much as I can in compensation. I also started tried unionization for my co-workers that sadly didn’t pass.
I do get mad at entitled customers who curse at me and accuses me of theft when it’s their fault and their mistake.

Hey Kiri! I misunderstood the original post. But to answer your question, it’s members forgetting what email they used and creating a second account under a different email address. If it was the same the system wouldn’t let them, but they use different email addresses.

So we are moving the goal post from an ATM to a teller now? If an atm gives you an extra $20 keep it. If my company gave you an extra $20 by accidents keep it. I don’t really care. 🤷♂️
