Well, I measured my flex biceps to be about 17.8inches so let's see how big I can get them before the year ends!

The tricep pump was crazy after a heavy specific lift! I wanted to test out hitting 4 different exercises specifically and see how sore I got and boy so far it hasn't disappointed!
Losing power last night mid stream was certainly interesting, so thats a fun Monday!
