560 words or so, which is above my old daily word goal, so I'm happy with that!
I'm easing myself back into writing with some good old hurt/comfort and whump fic - this time for ot0.🙂

Just a heads up - this account will probably be rather quiet for a while. I'm taking a break from writing all things CotC, and probably won't be starting up again until next year. Had a few realisations and whatnot, and with Octopath 0 releasing in December as well...

Tonight's been a good night for writing (even though I'm supposed to be on a break). I had an idea and I just wanted to see how far I could take it in an existing WIP, so I did.
I need to go through and edit it, but I'm pleased with the results so far. Hopefully I can get it posted soon. 🙂

Ooh, I just checked my stats, and I've written nearly 190,000 words this year. That's quite impressive for me!
My AO3 year-end stats are always surprising to me. It always feels like I haven't written much, and it's always a shock to see the figures disagreeing. 😅

New fic! This is a prequel of sorts to my Coffee Corner AU series, showing what Gilderoy went through when he broke his leg in an accident. He mentioned it to Theo and Auguste before, but he was underplaying it for all it was worth. This is what really happened!

At least I've got good news on that front. Should have a new fic up soon. I've got an epilogue to write, and then I need to edit it, but hopefully there'll be a brand new Coffee Corner fic up on AO3.

Personal post, but... I think the Seasonal Affective Disorder really is starting to kick in now.
I started to take some steps against it last week, but apparently they weren't enough. I need to step up my efforts a bit.
