I think that is the crux. There are so many people in America that do not like, value or respect women, or believe that we should exist for anything other than to be a hole. That directly correlates to nonprosecution of sexual assault/rape cases.

I keep trying to talk with Trump voters in my friend groups, family & amongst my coworkers and my neighbors. It is incredibly disheartening to listen to and quite painful when I actively know they’re parroting lies. When reason, rational thought & practicality go out the window, you get MAGA voters.

I think what I can’t get over, is…to so hate yourself, people who look like you, who are in this country but didn’t arrive like you did, who had different struggles, or no struggles, but to hate them so much that you vote against your own interests. To have so much hate—it’s just staggering.

There’s a reason TACO wants to give $40 billion to Argentina & not to feed kids we currently have at home that need food assistance.
