I was thinking the same as I watched today. I think people who are super into figure skating get irritated because they already understand much of what Tara and Johnny say, but the Olympics audience is much more naive of figure skating. I think they largely translate well for that demographic.

There’s been a lot of discourse lately in PT research circles about successful outcomes via strengthening without ACL reconstruction. Her legs may be plenty strong to absorb most of the work… though I can’t imagine strengthening is nearly as successful as reconstruction for such a high-impact sport.
