Little timer saver, if you set up your sound library as one big database in the Reaper Media Explorer, you can skip waiting for it to scan all the files every time you want to look through it.
(esp useful the larger the library gets)

I'm going to play with it some more over the next week, but if you're looking for an upgrade from Reaper's stock EQ, I'd recommend the js effect ReEQ - Parametric Equaliser by Nitsuj.

It's just got a nice resizable interface, and it's free on the forums.

By the way, you can use Reapers Media Explorer to select audio files for other programs, including other DAWs.

I really like the idea of MetaSounds (Especially the ease of having a fully featured audio system built into UE) But in practice, I just can't imagine trying to maintain an audio system built like a modular synth across a whole project.

New #Gameaudio Redesign WIP.

I think its got the bones to be good, but it's missing that sauce atm. going to take a break from it for the rest of the day.

Probably need to remove a couple of elements then add some extra detail/character back in.
