The race massacre that began on September 30th, 1919 in Elaine, Arkansas left an estimated (exact numbers are unknown) 200 Black men, women, & children dead.

They were murdered by the Arkansas National Guard and racist vigilantes who assisted them.

Last week, an Ohio elementary school posted about their first “Ice Cream Friday.”
