Also, the format of the last episode with the more subtle team graph was fine - actually flowed better. It's important to have it in there (otherwise the whole series hangs solely characters) - but I think the graph is just a way for us to get vested in the story with you.

Does your team treat everyone as equals or are some trusted with a greater budget? If you notice somebody is off their game (not just unlucky) what do you do?
