Well this is good news for journalists: the consent decree requires that the city and LMPD must share the data behind all of their analyses upon request

(it requires analysis of all stops, pat-downs, searches, citations and arrests for discriminatory policing)

#Kentucky has surprisingly dropped emission levels since 2013.

The #KentuckySenate passed #SB215 late last month prohibiting emission standards adopted by California, which could lead to an increase.
