I spent some time today at the Intermountain Herbarium mounting some samples as part of a class project. The requirement was to mount 20 samples to receive full points, with the option to mount more than 20 for bonus points. I think you can guess which option I went for.

This is how I stepped out for the Nigeria Independence Day celebration.

Wearing this outfit came with so much pride and boldness. I am grateful to one of the best brains in this industry who made it.

You were all very instrumental. And to you who have always wished me well from afar, thank you. The glory belongs to all of us.

God did it.

I am grateful to my senior friends for their consistent care. I appreciate my undergraduate lecturers, who only wanted me to succeed. Special thanks to my seniors, classmates, and labmates. To my family, friends, and loved ones, I cannot thank you all enough.

I am a product of a community, and this would not have been achieved without the help of the great and mighty people I have around me. I am forever grateful to my Professor, who was more than a father figure. I appreciate the mentors whom I have not met but always ensured I am on the right track.

Three months ago, I walked down from the podium with a sense of honor, pride, and shared glory to receive a new degree: a Master of Natural Sciences in Botany from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It was a journey to greatness that came with a few lows and many highs.

Before coming to China in 2023, the images you see were one of the many things I told myself I would actively pursue.

I recognized the importance of joining a service unit (media) in the church in 2022. That was why it was the first thing I did when I joined WICF. I acquired a lot of skills while

Don’t mind my dress code. The moment I heard the ‘Bishop’ was involved, I had to appear with what would connect me to my roots hence the Nigerian jersey and my tribal color ‘Igala’. If any of them becomes the Pope tomorrow, just know an Igala man already had a handshake with them.

It was another opportunity to chat with Father Dan Joseph Troy. He is a missionary from Ireland, though being a Priest, he can’t celebrate Mass because of some restrictions. We first met when he came to strengthen the students' fellowship at my Institute. Father Dan told me of his mother's Uncle who

The Parish Priest, Father Joseph, took us on a tour to show us historic buildings and the journey of the Roman Catholic Church in Wuhan. Picture 4 was an Orthodox Church, which is now a museum. It was a church for the Russians.
