Unfortunately when talks between U.S and Russia occur the subsequent drone and missile strikes increase. The ceiling is getting higher with respect to daily aggression/confidence. Witkoff is ineffective and unproductive. A failure. Asymmetric ceasefire always hamstrings Ukraine. This is by design.
