Every time I watch another tired sequel, reboot, or just-ran-with-the-first-draft out of Hollywood, I get more annoyed that we've never had a real blockbuster about Robert Smalls or Anne Bonny and Mary Read.

I admittedly don't fly often, but trying to price out an upcoming flight has me super confused. Somehow taking a 1-stop/change-planes flight fully to my destination is $700 cheaper than taking the same plane to that first stop and NOT getting on the second flight? How does this make sense?
