As you should be with this regime. I think this judge is trying but will not be successful against the power of the executive branch.
The only other option is congress impeaching and removing trump for it, and we have seen how weak they have been.

Normally, the DOJ would appoint a prosecutor to find the person(s) in contempt, but the judge can appoint one if they don't.
It will be the first in the chain to ignore the judges' orders, but trump could probably pardon them. So yeah, rules for thee but not for me.

One more reason for this is CAFE regulations on fuel economy. They are more relaxed on SUVs and heavy trucks and harder to achieve with gas powered cars. Why innovate on fuel efficency when you can just make a heavier/bigger vehicle.
