Anyway, after reading everything, the 4-stack buff on Jinhsi's weapon seems powerful, but maintaining it might be tricky. Jiyan's weapon offers a simpler 2-stack buff for easier use. In the end, pick the one that suits your playstyle.

Crit rate absolutely destroys crit damage in this case. Hands down, it's the more valuable stat.
