And yet, for me at least who followed Vshojo, I didn't even know that there were people OUTSIDE of Gunrun at the company. Hell, that's why I didn't suspect anything, because if you only have to pay x talents and the big business man, I figured money would be a non issue

But nope. Additionally, I think something that kind of blinded people to them was their 'talent first' method. Because the Talents were always first, we never really saw MUCH of the company at all. Hololive talks quite a bit about it's managers, staff, the head of the company 4/x

got your audition, no feedback about if you were rejected, you just had to sit there counting down the days till the 'audition' period was over, and then hope you'd get something. You'd think a company that was 'more open' and relaxed would set up even a bot to respond. 3/x

For starters, this may sound not that weird, but the lack of response at all from the team is EXACTLY what I see elsewhere in the industry when submitting applications. You send it off and then just HOPE everything turns out well. No confirmation email that they 2/x
