Can't fully blame the merger on this one. Even before the skydance deal the Trek merch approvals were being done by a team at Nickelodeon sothe priorities clearly haven't been in Treks favour for a long time

And the fact that he hasn't released them given we know hes taken steps to have himself removed from said files must mean he is mentioned in the files so much and so often even without his name there it must be so obvious he was in the center of everything to even the strongest deniers

The amount of hate online has ramped up since his death and somehow they feel justified in their hate speech, just because not everyone is on their knees crying. Not that they are either they just want to be able to rage.

As for the actors involved in this new audio play, maybe they're donating a large portion to trans charities, We don't know unless those actors make a statement about it. I certainly don't think they just had a huge wad of cash dangled in front of them with no thought about the ramifications
