One large fried egg with a soft yolk, one thin slice whole grain toast with avocado, “everything but the bagel” seasoning, a little salsa and hot sauce. We are out of coffee so today I made Chaga chai mocha with extra black tea, sweetened with sassafras leaf infused honey, with some half and half.
