I will say that a lot of people here saying that upgrading is cheap seem to forget that there are many countries in the world not located in Europe or North America. Buying a RT compatible card here is insanely expensive

Taking a quick look at the map, the only place I have heard about directly is O Pasquim, but they might be playing live music depending on the day

I don't frequent that neighbourhood all that often, so I can't personally vouch for any establishments. Given that the convention center is between an airport and a river, there's not many options in the immediate proximity, but Braz Leme av. is known for having many bars w/ tables on the sidewalk
