6. Top with some of the bananas foster and enjoy!

4. Fold like a chimichanga and place seam side down. If needed, store in fridge until all are assembled and time to fry. Want to make sure the filling stays as cold as possible!

5. When ready, heat oil on medium high heat. Place in pan, seam side down and fry until golden. Repeat on all sides.

2. Make “cheesecake” by mixing cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Keep cool until ready to use.

3. When it’s time to assemble, take a flour tortilla and spoon a layer of cheesecake filling towards the center. Make sure to leave room to fold and don’t overfill! Add layer of bananas.

Good to know- thanks! I’ll take this as an opportunity to work on my patience. Just like I’m weening myself off of Amazon’s two day delivery service. Lol

Ditto! Resisted ereaders for years, but they really are great.

I see why! Wish I knew about it sooner.

I held out on ereaders & audiobooks, because I preferred the smell and feel of physical books. But I’ve grown to love all forms. Audiobooks are great to use while cooking or getting ready. Ebooks help cut back on the amount of space physical books can take up. Ultimately, I just want a good story!

Yes! You can use the app Libby on your ereader, which will connect to your local library. Just added it on my Kobo.

Came here to suggest this. Hills and slopes can be barriers for people in wheelchairs but also those with heart conditions, knee/leg/ankle issues, etc.
