Yes! But she's in charge of the DoJ, the people who deal with crimes! Until 2029, all Congress can do is impeach and remove, a political process. They'd just be referring her to Todd Blanche, another toady. And you literally don't need to be a member of a bar to be AG. It's not in the Constitution.

Unfortunately that doen't disqualify her from being AG. The only real way to handle all of these (insert your preferred term) is to run the table in 2026 and impeach. Maybe in 2029 a different DOJ could take her to court but right now our only route is the political one.
