I’ve worked in continuous improvement for decades. This is wrong on multiple levels (besides moral & legal).Always ‘streamline’ the process before you remove staff (hopefully through attrition). Just lost your knowledge base to improve the process & pushed all the work to fewer, demotivated people

They changed the name years ago (2018 maybe) when girls were allowed to join. It’s been a positive change and my sons’ old troop has had several girls earn Eagle Scout rank.

As far as I know all the big DoD contractors do this. When I worked at one, I remember a mandatory meeting where they gave us all the benefits of donating to republicans
