Agreed. The only thing that equals it is manga. Cause let’s be honest wrestling is basically live action Dragon Ball or JoJo.

And why was it Mina?
May 15, 2025 at 10:53 AM
Which sucks, buuuut there is the possibility of seeing Dakota Kai and Shayna Baszler in AEW which would rule.

Good god, that looks terrible.

That match was fantastic.

Probably because if AEW acts like WWE-Lite they’d get absolutely cooked for it (and rightfully so), AEW fans prefer actual pro wrestling to sports entertainment. Besides the best way for AEW to differentiate itself is to be different from the competition.

Just another reason I’m a Costco Guy!

One of many, *many* reasons.

That’s a good list. Metaphor has owned my fall, and Rebirth absolutely owned my spring.

At this point it’s actually cheaper to just buy the movie ya want to see on iTunes or Vudu.

First of all we’d all actually end up paying less in general if there was a public option healthcare wise. So even taking morality out of the equation it makes sense. Second there were no hippies in 1960, they were a late ‘60’s phenomenon. The closest equivalent you’d find in 1960 would be beatniks.

Like, that’s not hyperbole it’s genuinely bad from the standpoint of “Does this tell the story of the novels, but in a visual form?” it completely butchers some characters and their motivations.
December 14, 2024 at 6:45 PM
Gonna be real honest right here: don’t bother with the live action series, just read the original novels. The show has an awesome cast (seriously Henry Cavil as Geralt is fantastic *and* he’s a passionate fan of the novels/games), but the writing, from an adaptation standpoint, is simply atrocious.

Nice, I’ve heard nothing but good things about Black Myth. As to the Witcher games ya might want to start with the second one as the first one has, hmm, we’ll go with… “interesting” gameplay mechanics; good story for the most part though. So they’re remaking it to bring it in line with 2 & 3.

That seems insulting to both the troll and the obese. The people who don’t feel represented are Klansmen and Bundists.
December 14, 2024 at 2:04 PM
Same, choom, same.
December 14, 2024 at 2:01 PM
…Yes.
December 14, 2024 at 2:01 PM
That’s pretty much been the hope of 99% of the fan base since 2016. At least until the Netflix show and the normies found it, which brought in the right wing grifters.

Jesus Christ, they’re like one step away from using Phrenology. Seriously, was that written by fucking Calvin Candie?!
December 14, 2024 at 1:58 PM
You should be able to, it’s coming to consoles as well.
December 14, 2024 at 1:53 PM
It’s not a surprise at all to anyone who played it. Hell, I can remember seeing fan theories about Ciri being the protagonist of IV after Blood and Wine came out (especially given the ending of B&W). So we’re talking almost a decade of people assuming she would be the new protagonist.
