The flame is dying out on this one. First actual attempt at drawing Cage, I don't like how the horns are coming out, I don't know how I feel about hairy satyr legs, I'm completely new to drawing diapers so this was a very bold pose to tackle. I planned to go farther, but I feel my urge to tear it up

I may have chosen something a bit beyond my current level. The first image being what I am attempting to draw, the second, a attempted sketch layer. I think doing this in sections may be a better approach. Still, that is many lines to make up for the days I missed. A line a day...A line a day.

I was able to do some practice today. Just some expressions and faces. I search for images of people that didn't know were getting their pictures taken, from movies and browsers, and then use them as reference. Today I learned that starting at the eyebrows rather than the face shape helps me greatly

I remembered a while back that I actually made an attempt to draw Cage using an image to trace the pose and clothing, (as I am still learning anatomy) I must practice heads/faces in particular, her's especially. The links to the original post and what was used to trace off of will be in the replies.

Ah...even from my files it gets cropped. I don't think I will be bringing images from tumblr again, my blog is cagedbynature same as here.

These might be the only pieces to survive. 2 nature studies and I believe a study on impala horns for Cage? I don't remember the species.

This was my first piece that I did decades ago. I can say the benefit to being digital, is that I will be able to undo things like gobble monsters and goblin balloons, ha ha ha.
I will try to find my other works, but most, sadly, fall to the blade of self hatred, and get deleted.
