So, can people with tournament perms now create and org tournaments, but we need the Supporter tier to continue host tournaments until June? Or we hav temporary perms with org?
And if we've more than 100 active players, but less than 150, do we continue with perms, but until the next review?

In addition I'm trying lowering the Plus Server entry counts from leaderboard this season to emphasize voting a bit more. So:
+1: 10 -> 5
+2: 20 -> 10
+3: 30 -> 15
+1: 10 -> 5
+2: 20 -> 10
+3: 30 -> 15
