I’m confused about questioning who runs the program. It would be the current bureaucracy that runs Medicare. Why would it not be? Would it make sense to create a second bureaucracy?

The bandage keeps getting renewed, and it's in the same spot every time. If it was from handshaking, you'd see discoloration in different places or at the perimeter of the bandage. He's getting regular IVs, and they're not telling the truth about it.

The lazy critique of the Bills is that Allen/Cook are their only superstars but I don't think the Bills o-line is given enough credit for their success this year (Texans game being a notable exception).

To be clear, there are many different types of pull up you can do depending on your training goals, but since his intention here is to whip out his alpha male creds, he's probably intending to do a standard pull up. So again, zero reps.

The full video is here. His form isn't *terrible*, but I wouldn't count any of these reps as a full pull up. To do a good standard pull up, your chin should clear the bar, pause briefly, and a slow and controlled descent fully to the bottom. So, zero reps here.
