Oh no, my 2 hobbies are colliding, my wallet won't be able to handle it
We’re introducing Crash Derby 🏁 – a new board game we created with Czech game developer Albi. It’s a quick, action-packed racing game for 2–4 players 🚗💥 that works great right out of the box, and if you have a 3D printer, you can easily add your own upgrades. 🛠️

@pronote.bsky.social votre logo ressemble vraiment trop à celui de Bluesky, il n'y a qu'une rotation de quelques degrés de différence !

I was asked to share my views on 3D printing as strategic industry for @LBC. Today, 3D printers are no longer just hobby tools - they build prototypes, medical devices, drones...
The key question is: can we afford to use unsecure tech? ⤵️

The largest update in Prusament’s history is here – we’re upgrading the Prusament spool. ✨ With the reusable, open-source OpenPrintTag NFC, it sets a new standard for smart, open, offline spools. It’s also tougher, slimmer, and refill-friendly.

Everyone is talking about how AI is a bubble waiting to burst and damage the whole economy.

I agree, BUT that doesn't mean AI is useless or will go away. Just like the web didn't go away after the dotcom bubble burst.

Companies should still think how AI impacts them, opportunities and risks.

This video of Chicagoans intervening to save a man from being abducted off the streets by ICE is making the rounds on Instagram.

I'm sick with media's fascination with Chinese super-apps like WeChat, saying how it's convenient for users and US tech CEO dream of that. That's just a super-monopoly, and it's bad for consumers. The current model where 1 app does 1 thing means you have freedom to choose each app independently.

I've been thinking about the scene in American Pie where he streams from his room to friends while the exchange student comes to his room. That was hilarious but that would probably be received differently today, now that this practice exists and is known to be a horrible experience for the victim!

Gandi wanted 32€ to renew a .com. Are you f*cking out of your mind? Moved to OVH instead.

It's very sad to see what Gandi had become, it used to be the best registrar in the world.

My guess at why the Nintendo Direct didn't include Switch 2 prices: that was prepared in advance and they wanted to be able to change prices at the last minute in case tariffs happen. Unfortunately they arrive right after the Direct!

@ouest-france.fr je paye un abonnement Ouest France, il y a moyen de désactiver les contenus trash clickbait qui se trouvent sous les articles dans l'application ?

Pour un journal payant j'ai du mal à comprendre pourquoi je dois subir ça.

ChatGPT is actually pretty good at writing OpenSCAD code. So now when I have something to design to 3d print it, I describe what I want and get it to write the code.

Then I make some adjustments to the code. It's way faster than writing from scratch.

HEADS UP:

When you verify here on Bluesky it changes your handle. This has two serious side effects you may not be aware of.

1) Any links you've shared going to your original profile break. They don't work and now go to an error page.

2) Your original username is open for someone else to take!
