Might not even be contained in a box. In our old house this just sent the blades flying into the wall/attic. Handyman had to deal with it one day when we had a plumbing issue. I had no idea what the slot was even for, since it was unlabeled or maybe painted over.

We had a (very beloved) Scottie who would freak out over the opening notes of Sonny & Cher’s “Little Man” because it was featured in that Amazon commercial with a pony a few years ago. He loved horses, so anything with a horse would get a reaction.
