If you count urban fantasy (it’s modern but a lot of the characters are fantasy creatures), I’m writing about a human homicide detective who dies and comes back with the ability to see ghosts, and a teenage ghost who died 30 years ago agrees to help him solve crimes if he helps solve their murder.
