I didn't buy anything yesterday. It's just a rule I have. I hate the rabid consumerism that appears this time of year, so I don't feed that beast.

But I did buy some new books this month. This is my current queue, though not in any particular order.

Now that Thanksgiving is over, it's time for Christmas.

Why?
Because I live in a red state surrounded by people who love TFG and his policies, and this makes them angry.

I just smile and wave when they stop and stare.

Thankful for this bright, blue spot in our digital universe and the gifts nature delivers to my yard brings.
