I wasn't born into NYY per se, I got in as a kid because my grandfather had been in their system before a shoulder injury ended his career. I enjoyed the madness through the late 70s and 80s but I just got weary of the Steinbrenner way. The massive ARod deal broke me-seems kinda quaint now 🙃
