Yeah I'm thinking we could just permit immigration and teach everyone well and find them vocations that meet our needs and their interests & abilities. Surely we can use fairly easily available data (birth rate, mortality data, workers ages, applications for entry vs projected needs) to get there.

I think it's okay to hold judgment on this for the time being. There's a process; we can't start talking about consequences until we have laid out what those consequences are for. Obviously we're not there, yet. Not to say we won't get there. It's going to take a few weeks to finish vote certing.

Today's Republican Party is as strong as my 80-year-old mom with Parkinson's Disease. Can barely sit up - sometimes. Most of them would would walk in circles quacking like ducks if Trump demanded. Who knows, they actually might be told to in the Oval Office this year.
