Today I thought, “let’s do combos instead of peanuts for work snacks!” And I filled my bowl, eager for the cronch.
I forgot I bought some different ones than normal, and they are less good than expected.
I did not quit, but they won’t be purchased again.

A quick update on my #gainer journey:
My docs both approved my endeavors, as long as I stick to my meds an don’t go heavy on sugar. I keep it between 36 - 50g of added sugar, try to incorporate low glycemic index foods, and go for homemade stuff instead of fast food
Results not wild but positive:
