We've been moving ChroMapper back to the Built-In Render Pipeline, which means we can finally implement advanced graphical techniques seen in Beat Saber

(yes, this opens the door to bloomfog and Vivify support)

Community members have gotten together to bring the Lady Gaga environment - the last environment to use the v2 lighting system - to ChroMapper.

Expect this to land in Development when the pull request is merged.

Recently learned how to animate matrices on thousands of books purely on the GPU. Makes for some really cool effects that doesn't sacrifice CPU overhead or draw calls.

This demonstration runs at full framerate within VRChat on Desktop, VR, and even mobile platforms - both Android and iOS.

To round things off, here's my most recent game project: World's Tiniest Desktop Pets!

Me and oomfie @plusonerabbit.bsky.social created a GPU simulation for Ludum Dare, enabling millions of tiny little creatures to live on your desktop :)

More recently, I've gotten into game development and game jams!

I have participated in the last few Ludum Dare game jams, developing games that have been fairly well received.

Here is my personal favorite jam game: Sold By Wizards. You can play it here: legoandmars.itch.io/sold-by-wiza...

Some of the other people on BlueSky likely know me from VRChat, as the adorable blue harpy. This is where my profile picture comes from :)

On the side, I've also created small VRChat worlds! Most of these are just technical showcases featuring optimized shaders or systems I developed by hand.

A majority of people here probably know me from ChroMapper, the community level editor for Beat Saber.

I'm the main developer behind this project! It's been in development since 2019 and continues to be my largest and most successful project.
