I've been accused of being anti-Frank. Truth is, I don't hate the guy and while I wished he'd come in and done well immediately, I voiced my concerns even before he was appointed and would rather we hadn't made the change we did.

Absolutely, we talked about YAPS being as accessible to the Bluesky crowd as possible so ignoring captions would have been a mistake considering the repeated calls to use ALT text on images here.

I'd say we're audio first but the BIGGEST delay is actually the video side.
I get CADS up within 40 minutes of the time we stop recording but with YAPS I think it's important to get the captions right, which takes at least half a day to get right. The callout images are nice but captions come first
