It doesn't seem like it, they've been reasonably durable from what I have played so far. It has generally been a solid experience in terms of performance and glitches lol

worth noting that Game Informer is owned by Gunzilla, the company that makes the game being advertised here.
GI made a big deal about being fairly independent from them despite the ownership, so kinda surprising.

I love it! I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it but it’s definitely better.
The only problem I have is I can’t figure out how to put the back of the dock back on with the cables in it lol
feels like the cables block it from snapping back in

Everything just feels more premium. The Switch 1 felt very cheap but I like the weight of this one, Dock is nicely made, UI is smoother.
