I do not accept that a govt can be serious about its climate change goals *and* be baking in additional aviation demand for decades to come, with no realistic prospect of low-carbon aviation technologies being ready for adoption any time soon.

This is a big blow to Labour's credibility on climate.

This is a brilliant initiative. Once you notice that police and news stories describe cars as "active, and almost sentient" participants in a crash, rather than the drivers responsible, it's maddening.
I've been working on this project for over a year, so it's great to finally publish it. In 2021 I authored the UK's first Road Collision Reporting Guidelines. But media uptake was patchy. We know press language comes, sometimes verbatim, from police, so...I looked at police language this time.
