I just released a 1.3 update for my Big Cuddly Wickerbeast avatar, which is now available on my stores, and tried making a fancy video for it as well. I tend to not have the time allocated for video editing, so this was nice to try, and I hope you all like it~ ^^

Just gave my Wickerbeast base a 1.2 update of sorts, which includes adjustments for brows & beans, new options for the clothing, and (though I'm not able to show here) a more complete set of UE face-tracking. All updated on my public avatar & stores!

Additionally, you can see the snoot in first-person with a toggle option ^^

Did some cleaning of shapes here & there, made an additional expression for the right-hand 'rock' gesture, snoot physics, and made a set of Cozy Clothing, which is all updated on my public avatar and on my Gumroad & Jinxxy~

I think my most favorite part of making my Wickerbeast is the MMD shapes, which I quite enjoyed working on & seeing my bean perform ^^
Makes me wonder, though... what's the interest in seeing other avatar bases getting an MMD upgrade? 🤔

Taking a crack at a WIP Wednesday post (this probably could also be a Wicker Wednesday post). Been spending the past week chipping away at something I've been wanting to do for a long time, which is making my own WIckerbeast model ^^

I have just released my first official from-scratch avatar for sale, dubbing it 'Caddie Kritter'!
It's a pretty simple avatar, but I'm proud that I made such a thing, with the amount of experience I've gained over the years that I've worked with models~

Over a month since I first posted about my avatar, huh... hoping to be better about that if I ever start on another one.

Rigging of my current build seems to work great & I have 3 presets made for this critter. Just need to work out some Unity stuff, and I'd be happy to try selling this as a base~

Wish I had the thought to post a bit more while working on this, but this has come quite a ways, if I do say so myself.

Still needs work, but here's some pics of a private test build in VRChat. I painted them as a raccoon, but I have more ideas for this fella~

Just curious, for any blender peeps that come across this post, how often do you have silly moments while in Blender?

For example, I was marking a head sculpt for retopo, and I got a bit silly with it 😅

This is something I've been mulling over for a few months now, and I hope to continue working on this & make something that represents the year+ of learning & dedication I've poured into the software~
