This is an fantastic depiction. As someone who's experienced loss, I think this represents it perfectly, in its own spooky beautiful way. Wonderful as always!

Mine was a huminoid creature. It'd start on two legs then begin running like hell on four legs, keeping up perfectly fine. I used to think its eyeshine was a reflection of the moon and it stayed in its eyes when the moon wasn't out. I miss my nighttime road buddy!
