We recently switched to requiring multi factor every 12 or so hours, which means every evening and weekend there are no work emails, messages or alerts and notifications. So liberating, though probably not intended by my workplace.

I think saving the hospital photo ops until we know which hospitals are actually facing that is best. Plus those are localized issues to rural area. Where ICE is a much more uniform national level problem that everyone can relate to.
