Excellent idea, a sort of Gimminy Crickett theme who, on second thought wasn’t a cricket at all but a grasshopper in nymph form. Mystery solved.

Free weights are harder because your using more peripheral muscles that are part of the group but don’t get worked enough with a fixed motion machine. Balance plays a big part in working the peripheral muscles. If your serious about getting truly strong then free weights are the only way to go.

Thanks so much JBtheBC I really loved working on this one. It wasn’t dynamic action but the tension of the vine with the killer colors just pumped me up. Subtle but joyful.
